Update to our statement concerning Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

18th June 2020

Just an update to our statement of 9th March 2020 to let you know that all our staff are fit and well and we hope all of your staff are as well.

We continue to monitor the latest advice from Public Health England (PHE) and the Government and we appreciate all the updates we have had from you as to your own situations.

We know that libraries as a whole have been working hard to try and mitigate the impact to their users and to continue to run a service in some shape or form. It has been interesting to see and hear all the creative ideas coming out at this difficult time.

As mentioned previously, PTFS Europe has always been a virtual company and this has certainly helped to maintain our services to you. All of our staff already have the ability to work remotely using a range of collaboration tools and can continue to work closely with colleagues, customers and partners.

Our implementation projects have been continuing as normal and we have some coming to completion during this period as well as some ongoing, and we’re excited to say, new projects starting. We obviously love seeing you face to face but the remote sessions have been well received and we look forward to seeing you in person in the not too distant future.

Our helpdesk has also been running as usual and we are still receiving calls, many of which are Covid-19-related. In the same way, we have also been running our usual programme of upgrades and are happy to speak to you if you do want to upgrade this year.

We’ve also been trying to post more information out onto our forum and YouTube channel ( so please continue to look there for new information we are pushing out (again, some of it Covid-19 related). If you would like to go back and watch the live stream of our recent PTFS Europe FEstival it is available here.

In the meantime, if you would like further information or would like to discuss your specific situation with us, please contact your Account Manager or send a message to
